Experience

Generative AI Graduate Research Assistant

UNC Charlotte - Computer Science Dept. June 2025 - Present
  • Developing a pipeline in collaboration with developers at Honeywell using Large Language Models and Snowflake to interpret natural language questions into SQL queries, enabling non-technical users to query internal databases.
  • Assessing the performance of different models and prompting techniques to improve reliability and accuracy on production-scale schemas.
  • Generative AI Teaching Assistant

UNC Charlotte - Computer Science Dept. August 2025 - Present
  • Develop course material and lead class presentations on the latest technologies for building LLM-powered applications.
  • Mentoring students during office hours, coordinating projects with industry partners, and grading assignments.
  • Previsualization Artist

The Third Floor Inc. Contract: Sept 2021 - Feb 2024, July 2024 - Nov 2024
  • Created previsualization sequences for large-scale shows, including Ahsoka and Predator: Killer of Killers.
  • Developed Python tools and documentation to automate tasks and speed up artist workflows.
  • Trained colleagues on Unreal Engine and resolved technical issues when the company integrated it into its pipeline.
  • Worked within perforce version controlled pipelines, collaborating with artists and engineers across large distributed teams.

  • Immersive Media Computing REU Student Researcher

Georgia State University - REU Summer Program June 2021 - July 2021
  • Developed a system for analyzing the movements of athletes to identify strenuous motions without the need for restrictive motion capture suits. Utilized recordings from the university’s volumetric motion capture stage.
  • Built a Blender addon using Python to extract animation data from Alembic file recordings and export them for biomechanical analysis.
  • Undergraduate Research Assistant

UNC Wilmington - Computer Science Dept. May 2019 - Nov 2020
  • Developed a virtual reality experience deployed in classrooms to teach elementary students about careers in STEM.
  • Utilized C# and Unity to implement interactive VR features.
